There is express check in, a safe, laundry service and cleaning, along with a terrace, a bar and banquet space. The list is thin on anything beyond the basics: no pool, no gym, no restaurant of its own, and the bar is the only place on site to sit with a drink.
For someone driving through Greater Atlanta, Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Morrow Atlanta adds up to a simple stop rather than a destination. The free parking and 24 hour desk matter if you arrive late or leave early, and the Morrow setting keeps you outside the city centre. It does not suit anyone wanting a holiday base with meals and leisure on the doorstep, and the 2 star rating tells you not to expect polish. It does suit a driver who wants a bed, a shower and a car park without paying for extras they will not use.

These hotels are not in College Park, and they are not in any of the 24 neighbourhoods this site covers. College Park is simply the nearest of them, so treat it as the closest reference point rather than the address. What you are booking is a bed in the wider metro, outside the loop, and you should expect to travel for the things the loop is famous for.
The rail label puts you on the Airport, Red/Gold lines, which is what makes the location work for a flight and little else. By the trail label these places are off the loop. The site's own summary of the area is blunt: the cheapest bed in metro Atlanta and sixteen minutes by train to Five Points, right for an early flight, wrong for a holiday.
