What you get
Beautiful New Construction Near Airport lists car parking and free car parking, free wifi, and wheelchair access. That is the whole of the list. There is no restaurant, no bar, no gym, no pool and no breakfast room on it, and nothing about laundry or a shuttle. For a three star property the facilities are deliberately narrow: a space to leave a car, a connection, a step-free route in. If you need anything beyond that, you are looking at the wrong listing. The photographs on file run to twelve, so what you see is what the property has chosen to show.
What that adds up to is a clean, recently built place to sleep in Greater Atlanta, and not much else. Beautiful New Construction Near Airport suits someone driving in who wants the car parked for nothing and the room paid for without extras, and it suits anyone flying out who wants the Airport stop on the Red and Gold within reach. It does not suit a holiday. There is no lounge to sit in, no kitchen mentioned, no neighbourhood to walk out into, and the trail status is Off the loop, so you are not on the city's greenway either.

These hotels are not in College Park. They sit outside the twenty four neighbourhoods this site covers, in the wider metro, and College Park is only the nearest of them. Treat the label as a direction rather than an address: you are in the greater Atlanta area, and the places the loop is known for are somewhere you travel to rather than walk out into.
What you get for that is the airport line, the Red and Gold, and a bed that is off the loop rather than on it. The site's own summary puts it plainly: the cheapest bed in metro Atlanta and sixteen minutes by train to Five Points. Right for an early flight, wrong for a holiday. If your trip is built around the Beltline and the neighbourhoods, book nearer the middle and pay for it.
