What you get
Cascade Comfort lists a broad set of facilities. Rooms come with air conditioning, a desk, a balcony, a bath or shower, a hairdryer, towels, toiletries, a safe, an alarm clock and a TV with a DVD player. The kitchen side is real: a kitchen, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and washing machine. Outside there is a swimming pool, pool bar, terrace, picnic area, lounge and tennis court. Free wifi, free car parking, 24 hour security and a shuttle service are all listed. The list is thin on detail about the rooms themselves, and there is only one photo on file.
What that adds up to is a practical base rather than a polished one. Cascade Comfort suits someone arriving by car who wants to cook, park for nothing and use the pool, and who is not bothered about a lobby or a view. It does not suit anyone without a car, or anyone who wants restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The bike rental, car rental and shuttle services listed help, but they do not turn Parc Lane Southwest into a walking neighbourhood.

Where it puts you
These hotels are not in College Park. They sit outside the twenty four neighbourhoods this site covers, in the wider metro, and College Park is only the nearest of them. Treat the label as a direction rather than an address: you are in the greater Atlanta area, and the places the loop is known for are somewhere you travel to rather than walk out into.
What you get for that is the airport line, the Red and Gold, and a bed that is off the loop rather than on it. The site's own summary puts it plainly: the cheapest bed in metro Atlanta and sixteen minutes by train to Five Points. Right for an early flight, wrong for a holiday. If your trip is built around the Beltline and the neighbourhoods, book nearer the middle and pay for it.
