These hotels are not in Westview. Westview is only the nearest of the 24 neighbourhoods this site covers, and the hotels sit a long way outside it, in the wider metro. If you book here, you are not staying in a covered neighbourhood at all. Expect to travel for the things the loop is famous for.
Westview itself is bungalows, a couple of very good restaurants and the Westside Trail. Residential to the point of sleepy. The site data puts the trail at the door and West End, 15 min on the rail label. That says what kind of location this is: a place to sleep on the edge of things, not a base in the middle of them.
