What you get
The Cozy family style Buckhead Bungalow lists one unit, which puts it at the small end of what this site covers. Inside you get a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and coffee, plus a bathroom with a shower and towels, air conditioning, housekeeping and a television. Those are the things that matter on a stay long enough to cook. What the list does not have is anything communal: no restaurant, no gym, no pool, no front desk worth the name. It is a house with beds in it, and you are booking the house.
For the right guest, that is the point. The Cozy family style Buckhead Bungalow suits people staying several days who want breakfast at their own table and a dishwasher at the end of it, and it suits a family or a small group who would rather share a living room than meet in a lobby. It does not suit anyone who wants a bar downstairs, a daily change of linen by staff they never see, or a doorman. Book it for the kitchen and the space, not for service.

These hotels are not in Piedmont Park. They are not in any of the 24 neighbourhoods this site covers. They sit in the wider metro, and Piedmont Park is only the nearest of those neighbourhoods, which is a different thing from being in it. You are outside the loop, and you should expect to travel for the things the loop is famous for.
Piedmont Park itself is the most expensive mile on the loop. You are paying for two hundred acres of grass and the skyline behind it. If that is what you came for, you will be going to it rather than sleeping beside it, and the rail and trail labels tell you how the trip out is made: Midtown, 12 min, and the trail at the door.

Book this one early if your dates are fixed, because a single unit sells out and there is no second room to move you into.
