What you get
Crest at Midtown 4221 is a four star one bedroom, one bathroom apartment at 215 North Ave Northeast, and the list is built around living rather than sleeping. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and toaster, and coffee is provided. There is a washing machine, iron and board, hairdryer, towels and toiletries, plus air conditioning, a fan and a desk. Free wifi and free car parking are both listed, and the building adds a fitness center, a tennis court, a terrace and lifts. Pets are allowed and the rooms are non smoking. Where the list thins out is the overnight part: one bedroom, one bathroom, and no mention of a second bed or a sofa bed, so the number it sleeps is not something the facts settle.
What that adds up to is an apartment you can run rather than a room you are serviced in. You get a kitchen, a washing machine and a parking space, which matters if you are staying more than a couple of days or travelling with a pet, and the tennis court and fitness center are there if you want them. The trade is that Crest at Midtown 4221 gives you no rail, so a car or the bus is how you move, and central Old Fourth Ward is 1.1 km from the centre of Old Fourth Ward. Book it if you want space, a stove and somewhere to park. Do not book it if you want a lobby, a front desk or a train at the door.

Where it puts you
Old Fourth Ward sits on the east side, and the site's own line on it is blunt: Ponce City Market, the skate park and the best stretch of the Eastside Trail. You pay for the address and you actually use it. That is the honest pitch here. There is no rail, trail plus bus is the setup, and the trail is at the door, so the BeltLine is the transport, not a weekend outing. The 2.1 figure is the BeltLine mile, given as the site records it.
This suits you if you want to step out and be among people, food and pavement without arranging a ride first. It does not suit you if you want a quiet base at the end of a day, or if your plans sit on the far side of town and you were counting on a train. Bring shoes you can walk in and a bus card.
Booking it
Booking Crest at Midtown 4221 is worth doing once you have decided you want an apartment in Old Fourth Ward rather than a hotel room, because the kitchen and the parking are the reason to be here at all. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io. Every confirmed booking removes one tonne of CO2, at no extra cost to you. Five percent of what you pay comes back as IMPT credit, out of the hotel commission rather than added to your bill.
