What you get
Harvest Moon lists a full kitchen rather than a kitchenette: oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and coffee, plus a bath, a hairdryer, towels, an iron and board and a washing machine. Air conditioning, free wifi and internet access, a desk and a TV cover working and unwinding, and there is a garden and a patio outside. Parking is free and cars are welcome. Pets are allowed, which narrows the field in this part of Atlanta. The list is thin on service: no restaurant, no bar, no gym, no lift, no reception.
That adds up to a self contained base for a longer stay rather than a hotel with staff on hand. Harvest Moon suits someone in Atlanta for weeks, not a night, or a household that wants its own cooking, its own laundry and a dog in the garden. It is wrong if you want a concierge, a cooked breakfast or somewhere to leave bags before a flight. Little Five Points is the nearest hub, and the Inman Park rail stop is 12 min away, with the trail 0.5 mi from the door.

Where it puts you
You are in Little Five Points, on the east side of town. This is record shops, the Variety Playhouse and the loudest street corner in the city, and it stays loud into the small hours. If you want quiet mornings and an early night, look elsewhere on the site.
The rail connection at Inman Park, 12 min, puts the rest of the city within reach, and 0.5 mi to trail opens the BeltLine at mile 20.6 for walking or riding. Both are useful if you plan to spend your days out rather than in the room. The neighbourhood is best on foot, and the street itself is the attraction. It suits people who want the bars and the venues on the doorstep and do not mind the noise that comes with them.
Booking it
Book Harvest Moon directly if a kitchen, parking and pet friendly rules matter more to you than hotel service, and confirm the dates before you commit. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io. Every confirmed booking removes one tonne of CO2, at no extra cost to you. Five percent of what you pay comes back as IMPT credit, out of the hotel commission rather than added to your bill.
Facts on this page come from the booking supplier's record: star class, address, photographs and facility list. Guest scores come from verified stays. We have not stayed here; the neighbourhood copy is our own.
