What you get
Luna De Lenox lists a full kitchen, with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator, plus a washing machine, iron and board, and a jacuzzi. Air conditioning, free wifi and a desk cover the working side. Outside there is a swimming pool and a garden, and parking is free. Pets are allowed and the whole property is non smoking. Where the list thins out is in staff services: cleaning, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are named, but there is no restaurant, no gym and nothing about a front desk.
What that adds up to is a self contained four star apartment rather than a hotel with staff on hand. Luna De Lenox gives you the space to cook, wash and park without paying extra for each, and the pool and garden are there when you are not working. It is right for a family or a long stay, and for anyone driving into Greater Atlanta who wants a base with a kitchen. It is not right if you want room service, a bar downstairs or to leave the car behind, since nothing in the facts says you can walk to shops or dinner.

Where it puts you
These hotels are not in Piedmont Park. They are not in any of the 24 neighbourhoods this site covers. They sit in the wider metro, and Piedmont Park is only the nearest of those neighbourhoods, which is a different thing from being in it. You are outside the loop, and you should expect to travel for the things the loop is famous for.
Piedmont Park itself is the most expensive mile on the loop. You are paying for two hundred acres of grass and the skyline behind it. If that is what you came for, you will be going to it rather than sleeping beside it, and the rail and trail labels tell you how the trip out is made: Midtown, 12 min, and the trail at the door.
