Free wifi and free car parking cover the two things most people check first. There are lifts, a meeting room, and an outdoor pool. That is the whole of the list. There is no restaurant, no bar, no gym and no airport shuttle on it, so plan to eat out and to make your own way to and from the airport.
What that adds up to is a straightforward base, 1.0 km from the centre of Old Fourth Ward, with a trail at the door and buses for the rest. Nuovo Downtown Midtown Atlanta suits you if you are arriving by car, if you want a pool after a day out, or if you need a meeting room while you are in Atlanta. It does not suit you if you want a rail station within reach or a full service hotel with dining on site.

Old Fourth Ward sits on the east side, and the site's own line on it is blunt: Ponce City Market, the skate park and the best stretch of the Eastside Trail. You pay for the address and you actually use it. That is the honest pitch here. There is no rail, trail plus bus is the setup, and the trail is at the door, so the BeltLine is the transport, not a weekend outing. The 2.1 figure is the BeltLine mile, given as the site records it.
This suits you if you want to step out and be among people, food and pavement without arranging a ride first. It does not suit you if you want a quiet base at the end of a day, or if your plans sit on the far side of town and you were counting on a train. Bring shoes you can walk in and a bus card.
