What you get
Piedmont Park 3 bdrm with city views is a four star apartment rather than a hotel room. The listed facilities cover the whole of a working home: a kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and toaster, a washing machine, iron and board, and coffee. Every room is non smoking and air conditioned, with a fan as well. There is a desk, free wifi and internet access, a TV, sheets, towels and toiletries, a hairdryer, a bath, a shower and a separate WC. Outside the flat there is a balcony, free car parking, a swimming pool and a spa. The list does not say how many beds sit in the three bedrooms, how the bathrooms are split, or whether the views reach the park. It also does not say what the swimming pool and spa are, whether shared with the building or private to the flat.
The address on Piedmont Avenue Northeast puts Piedmont Park 3 bdrm with city views 0.3 km from the centre of Midtown, inside the Midtown, Red/Gold rail corridor, with the trail 0.4 mi to trail. That is the kind of location where you leave the car in the free parking space and move around on foot or by train, and the kitchen and the washing machine mean you are not eating out or paying for laundry every day. The apartment suits a family, a group of friends or anyone staying long enough that three separate bedrooms and a sofa you did not have to fight over matter more than hotel service. It does not suit someone who wants a front desk, daily housekeeping or the atmosphere of a hotel, and it is a poor fit for a single traveller who wants one small room and nothing to clean up.

Where it puts you
Midtown is the default answer for staying in Atlanta, and usually the right one. Two rail stations put the whole city within reach without a car: the Midtown, Red/Gold stop is the one you will use most, though the neighbourhood is served by more than one. The park, the High, and the trail four blocks east are all part of the package. The trail label reads 0.4 mi to trail, and the BeltLine mile is 17.6, so you are on the east side of the loop rather than at its ends.
This suits you if you want to leave the car parked and walk to what you came for, and if you would rather be in the middle of things than in a quiet residential pocket. It does not suit you if you want a quiet street, free parking, or a base for the airport side of town. The trade is convenience for calm.
