What you get

There are pools, both indoor and outdoor, plus a gymnasium, sauna, solarium and spa. Food and drink covers breakfast, lunch, a restaurant, bars, a snack cafe, a pool bar and room service. Beyond that the list gets oddly broad, with a chapel, casino, night club, karaoke, bowling, darts, ping pong, squash, mini golf, fishing, horse back riding and a library. Some entries, such as bicycle hire, are hard to square with a Jonesboro address. The list is thin on nothing and convincing on little, so treat it as a starting point for questions rather than a promise.
For someone staying at the Scottish Inn, the practical core is a room with air conditioning and wifi, a place to park and a reception desk that handles luggage and an early departure. That suits a traveller using the airport corridor, or a contractor who wants a bed in the area. It does not suit anyone treating this as a holiday base, because the interesting parts of Atlanta sit away from Jonesboro and the property gives you no reason to stay put. Ask directly about the pools, the restaurant and the shuttle before you count on any of them, since a list this long usually means some items belong to a sister property or a booking feed. Book the Scottish Inn for the bed and the location, not the brochure.

Where it puts you
These hotels are not in College Park. They sit well outside it, in the wider metro, and College Park is only the nearest of the 24 neighbourhoods this site covers. Treat it as the closest of the names on the map rather than the place you are booking into. You are out in Greater Atlanta, on the Airport side of town, and you should expect to travel for the things the loop is famous for.
What the site says of this end of things holds: the cheapest bed in metro Atlanta and sixteen minutes by train to Five Points. Right for an early flight, wrong for a holiday. The rail label reads Airport, Red/Gold, and the trail label reads Off the loop, which tells you what the location is and is not. If you want the neighbourhoods themselves, book elsewhere. If you want a bed near the airport at the bottom of the market, this is what that looks like.
