What you get
Treefort lists a full apartment setup on Sinclair Avenue Northeast: a kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and toaster, plus coffee, a washing machine, an iron and board, a hairdryer and towels. There is air conditioning, free wifi and a desk, a TV, a patio and a swimming pool. Parking is free and on site, and the apartment is non smoking throughout, with smoke detectors and first aid on hand. What the list does not give you is any service layer: no breakfast, no bar, no front desk described. The apartment comes with seven photos on file.
For the right visitor Treefort works because it hands over the whole flat: you cook, you wash, you park free and you come and go. Little Five Points is the centre of the neighbourhood, and Inman Park is your rail connection, with the trail within half a mile. This suits a couple or a small group staying several days, or anyone who wants a base with a kitchen rather than a room. It is wrong for a quick overnight, for anyone without a car, and for anyone who wants a hotel to look after them.

Where it puts you
You are in Little Five Points, on the east side of town. This is record shops, the Variety Playhouse and the loudest street corner in the city, and it stays loud into the small hours. If you want quiet mornings and an early night, look elsewhere on the site.
The rail connection at Inman Park, 12 min, puts the rest of the city within reach, and 0.5 mi to trail opens the BeltLine at mile 20.6 for walking or riding. Both are useful if you plan to spend your days out rather than in the room. The neighbourhood is best on foot, and the street itself is the attraction. It suits people who want the bars and the venues on the doorstep and do not mind the noise that comes with them.

Booking Treefort means booking the whole apartment, so pick your dates around how long you actually want the kitchen and the parking. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io. Every confirmed booking removes one tonne of CO2, at no extra cost to you.
