What you get

Cleaning is listed, and so are non smoking rooms. Free car parking is on the list, which matters in this part of the city. The list is thin on the things a hotel normally supplies: there is no reception, no bar or restaurant, no gym and no workspace described, and nothing here tells you how many bedrooms there are or how the beds are arranged.
What that adds up to is a self contained base on Florence Place Northwest, 1.2 km from the centre of Bankhead, with the Green line at Bankhead for getting into the middle of the city and a trail 0.7 mi away. Westside Charmer 10 min from Downtown suits families, couples travelling together and anyone who wants a kitchen and a washing machine rather than daily service. It does not suit you if you want a lobby, a concierge, a room service breakfast or a bed made for you every morning, and it does not suit anyone who needs to be in downtown Atlanta without using the car or the train.

This is Bankhead, on the Northwest side, and the Green line station puts the whole rail network within reach from here. You are on the BeltLine too, with the trail at 0.7 mi to trail. What the site says about the area is plain: the lowest median on the loop and a Green line station, thin on places to eat, so plan to travel for dinner.
It suits you if you want the cheapest ground on the loop, a train under your feet and a trail you can reach. It does not suit you if you want dinner on the doorstep or a neighbourhood to wander after dark. Manage your expectations and Bankhead works.
