The list is thin on the hotel side: no restaurant or bar is named, no gym, no parking and no airport transfer, and staffed services go no further than that luggage storage.
What that adds up to at 2 BR Prime Location and City Views Private Porch is a self contained base in Downtown, 0.9 km from the centre of Downtown, with Five Points, all lines within reach for getting around the city and 0.8 mi to trail for anyone who wants to run or ride. Two bedrooms, a real kitchen and a washing machine make it work for a family or a pair of couples staying several days who would rather eat in than book a table. It does not suit anyone who wants a concierge, a daily restaurant or a lobby to sit in, and the private porch is the closest thing to outdoor space here.

Where it puts you
You are staying Downtown, inside the loop, where the train at Five Points puts every line in the city within reach. That is the point of the location: you can move around Atlanta without a car, and the rest of the trip is built on that. The site's own line on the neighbourhood is blunt about the trade: the cheapest walk to a train in the city, with convention traffic setting the price, so a Tuesday in January is a different hotel than a Tuesday in October.
The BeltLine trail is also here, and the 0.8 mi to trail is the figure to keep in mind if you plan to walk or run it. This suits anyone whose trip runs on transit and convention schedules. It does not suit a holiday built around quiet streets and long, slow mornings.
