What you get
The 6 Mi to Airport & Dtwn Atlanta: East Point Home lists two facilities, free wifi and free car parking, and both are the kind that matter on a short stay. The wifi keeps the booking and the boarding pass moving, and the parking means you are not hunting for a space after a late arrival. It is a three star property, and twelve photos are on file. What the list does not carry is the thin part: no breakfast, no gym, no pool, no laundry, and no shuttle. If you want a serviced building with a front desk, this is not that.
For someone who needs a bed near the airport and a place to leave a car, the 6 Mi to Airport & Dtwn Atlanta: East Point Home does the job without pretending to be more. The rail option is West End, Red/Gold, and the trail is at the door, so a car is useful but not the only way out. Book it if your trip is a flight, a job, or a short Atlanta stop. Skip it if you want a full service hotel, a walkable restaurant strip, or a holiday base.

Where it puts you
Adair Park is on the Southwest side, and the train is what makes it work. West End, Red/Gold puts you on a line that runs into the centre and out the other side, so a car is not the point here. The trail is at the door. That is the BeltLine at mile 8.4, on the stretch that reaches the Lee + White breweries and the new Southside Trail along the back of it.
The trade is simple. You get the best value walk to a train and a beer, and you get a quiet residential grid rather than a tourist district. Suits anyone who wants to leave the car parked, walk to a platform and walk to a brewery. Does not suit a holiday built on museums, downtown restaurants and a short stroll to everything, because that is not this side of town.
Booking it
Booking this property is straightforward if you know your dates and want the free parking and wifi locked in before you fly. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io. Every confirmed booking removes one tonne of CO2, at no extra cost to you. Five percent of what you pay comes back as IMPT credit, out of the hotel commission rather than added to your bill.
Facts on this page come from the booking supplier's record: star class, address, photographs and facility list. Guest scores come from verified stays. We have not stayed here; the neighbourhood copy is our own.
