You get a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator, plus a washing machine, an iron and board, a hairdryer and toiletries. There is a TV, air conditioning, a fan, free wifi and internet access. The property lists free car parking, a 24 hour front desk, 24 hour security, express check in, a concierge, car rental service, cleaning and laundry service, a safe, smoke detectors, first aid, non smoking rooms and a smoking area. Coffee is listed. The list is thin on the things a hotel normally supplies: there is no restaurant, no gym, no pool and no bar.
GoodLiving East Point Private & Classy is not a hotel with a scene. It is a self contained place where you make your own coffee, wash your own clothes and park your own car for nothing. The 24 hour front desk and security mean someone is there, but you are not buying service, you are buying a base with a kitchen and a washing machine. That suits a longer stay, a work trip or anyone arriving by car who wants Adair Park rather than downtown. It does not suit anyone who wants to walk out to restaurants or be in the centre of things. The trail at the door is the one thing that decides it.

Where it puts you
Adair Park is on the Southwest side, and the train is what makes it work. West End, Red/Gold puts you on a line that runs into the centre and out the other side, so a car is not the point here. The trail is at the door. That is the BeltLine at mile 8.4, on the stretch that reaches the Lee + White breweries and the new Southside Trail along the back of it.
The trade is simple. You get the best value walk to a train and a beer, and you get a quiet residential grid rather than a tourist district. Suits anyone who wants to leave the car parked, walk to a platform and walk to a brewery. Does not suit a holiday built on museums, downtown restaurants and a short stroll to everything, because that is not this side of town.

Book this one directly if you want the kitchen and the parking more than you want a lobby. Most rooms here can be cancelled free, and you book them through app.impt.io.
