Families end up here and stay put. The BeltLine is close at hand, with the trail 0.6 mi to trail, so you can walk or ride the loop rather than drive it.
For getting around, King Memorial, 20 min puts you on rail without needing a car for every trip. Come here if you want a residential pocket with real draws and a trail on the doorstep. Look elsewhere if you want downtown at street level or a quick weekend of bar hopping, because this is a slower, family-shaped part of town.
