Outside there is a patio and a fireplace. The thin part is service: laundry service and first aid are listed, but there is no restaurant, no bar, no gym and no pool.
That package points to a stay of several days rather than one. Sweet Auburn suits a family or a small group who want separate beds, a kitchen and somewhere for children to run, and who will use the Inman Park Blue line or the trail at the door instead of driving everywhere. It is wrong for anyone who wants a doorman, a room service tray or a hotel bar downstairs. The 0.6 km from the centre of Inman Park puts the neighbourhood's restaurants within a short walk if you want them.

Where it puts you
Inman Park is on the east side of Atlanta, and the hotels in this group sit inside it rather than near it. The rail connection is Inman Park, Blue, which puts you on the line that runs through the centre of the city. The trail is at the door, so the BeltLine is something you step onto rather than travel to, and the 3.0 figure applies to this neighbourhood.
The site's own summary is Victorian porches, big trees, a MARTA station and the trail, and it calls this the most expensive comfortable choice on the east side. That is a fair description of who it suits: you want to walk out to the trail, ride the Blue line, and come back to a leafy street of old houses. It does not suit you if you are watching what you spend, or if you want the newest buildings and the densest restaurant rows.
