What you get
The Atlanta Cottage lists a kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a toaster, so you can cook rather than eat out. There is a washing machine, an iron and board, and a laundry service if you would rather not. The bathroom has a bath and a shower, a hairdryer and toiletries. You get air conditioning, a fan, a fireplace, a TV, a DVD player and free wifi. Outside there is a garden, a patio and a picnic area. Parking is free and on site. Pets are allowed, cots and family rooms are listed, and there is a safe and a smoke detector. The list is thin on nothing much, but there is no restaurant on site and no gym.
For a stay, The Atlanta Cottage works best as a base for a household rather than a solo traveller who wants to be in the middle of things. The kitchen and laundry make a longer stay easy, and the garden and picnic area give children and dogs somewhere to go. Families, groups of friends and anyone travelling with a pet will find the space they need. It is wrong for you if you want a bar in the building, a concierge or a short walk to the city's main sights. The trail at the door is the closest thing to a reason to stay outside, and West End, Red/Gold is the rail label for getting around.

Where it puts you
These hotels are not in Adair Park. They sit outside the 24 neighbourhoods this site covers, in the wider metro, and Adair Park is only the nearest of them. That matters. You are not inside the loop, so expect to travel for the things the loop is famous for, and treat Adair Park as the closest of the covered areas rather than as your address.
What the site says about it: the Lee + White breweries and the new Southside Trail run past the back of it, and it calls this the best value walk to a train and a beer. West End, Red/Gold is the rail label attached to the area, and the trail sits at the door. If you want the trail and the breweries on foot, Adair Park is the part of the map to look at, and these hotels are a step outside it.
