There is also room service and internet access, which for a 2 star property is more than the minimum. What the list does not have is a pool, a gym, a restaurant or a shuttle, and the star rating says the same thing: no extras, just the bed and the parking space.
For someone staying at Travel Inn Atlanta, that adds up to a place to sleep and leave the car. The free parking is the strongest reason to pick it, and the 24 hour desk helps if you arrive late. It suits drivers, people passing through Greater Atlanta and anyone who wants the West End, Red/Gold line without paying for a downtown hotel. It does not suit a holiday, a family wanting facilities or anyone without a car.

These hotels are not in Adair Park. They sit outside the 24 neighbourhoods this site covers, in the wider metro, and Adair Park is only the nearest of them. That matters. You are not inside the loop, so expect to travel for the things the loop is famous for, and treat Adair Park as the closest of the covered areas rather than as your address.
What the site says about it: the Lee + White breweries and the new Southside Trail run past the back of it, and it calls this the best value walk to a train and a beer. West End, Red/Gold is the rail label attached to the area, and the trail sits at the door. If you want the trail and the breweries on foot, Adair Park is the part of the map to look at, and these hotels are a step outside it.
