What you get
Wylie Belle lists a full set of rooms rather than hotel services. You get a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and toaster, plus a washing machine, an iron and board, and a hairdryer. There is air conditioning, a fan, a desk, a TV, free wifi and internet access, and the bathroom comes with a bath, toiletries and towels. Outside there is a garden and a patio. Parking is free and on site. Pets are allowed and the whole place is non smoking, with a smoke detector and first aid kit on hand. The list is thin on the things a hotel normally supplies: no restaurant, no bar, no gym, no reception, no room service and no lift appear anywhere.
What that adds up to is a self-contained house rather than a serviced hotel. Wylie Belle suits someone staying several days who wants to cook, wash clothes, park a car and keep a dog with them, and who is happy to treat the place as a base. It does not suit anyone who wants a concierge, a cooked breakfast, a bar downstairs or a daily cleaning round, because none of those are listed. Cabbagetown is a quiet, low rise neighbourhood, and the house fits that: you come back to a kitchen and a garden, not a lobby.

Where it puts you
Cabbagetown is on the southeast side of the city, a pocket of mill cottages painted every colour, the Krog Street tunnel at one end and Carroll Street at the other. The site notes the stock is small, so book early. If you are staying here, you are on the BeltLine at mile 3.7, and the trail is at the door, which means you step out and start walking rather than finding your way to a trailhead. Inman Park is a 15 min walk for rail connections.
This suits you if you want a small, walkable neighbourhood with the trail and the tunnel as your anchors, and if you like the idea of a place where the housing stock is tight and the streets are short. It does not suit you if you want a hotel district with a lobby bar and a taxi rank, or if you would rather not walk to reach the train.
