The rail label for the area is Midtown, 20 min, so the train is not on the doorstep, though the trail label says 0.8 mi to trail for anyone who wants to run or cycle. Suits drivers, pet owners and longer stays that need a kitchen and laundry. Does not suit anyone wanting a walkable holiday, a concierge or a cooked breakfast downstairs.

Where it puts you
These hotels sit in Home Park, the pocket of student housing turned budget stock between Georgia Tech and West Midtown. Good rates, walkable to both. You are on the north side of town, and Midtown is the rail connection, 20 min, which puts the whole north south line within reach without a car. The BeltLine is close too, 0.8 mi to trail, so a stay here can be a walking and cycling one rather than a driving one.
It suits anyone who wants a cheap base near the universities and the West Midtown side of the city, and it suits a trip built around the trail and the train. It does not suit a quiet holiday. This is a student neighbourhood, busy and loud in term time, and the stock is basic. Book it for the location and the rate, not for the room.
