What you get
Atlanta Buckhead Luxe lists apartments, not rooms, and the difference shows in the facilities: kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, iron and board. There is free wifi, air conditioning, a fan, a television, a safe, a hairdryer and towels. Outside there is a balcony, patio, terrace and an outdoor pool, plus free car parking and lifts. Pets are allowed and wheelchair access is listed. The list is thin on hotel services: no restaurant, no bar, no gym, no airport shuttle, and cleaning is listed without saying how often.
For the right visitor that gap is the point. Atlanta Buckhead Luxe works if you are staying long enough to cook, if you are travelling with a pet, if you need parking, or if a kitchen and a washing machine matter more than a concierge. It works less well if you want a serviced hotel with a bar downstairs, a shuttle, or staff on hand at all hours, and the Home Park address means you are relying on a car or on Midtown, 20 min, to get anywhere. Book it as an apartment, not a hotel.

Where it puts you
These hotels sit in Home Park, the pocket of student housing turned budget stock between Georgia Tech and West Midtown. Good rates, walkable to both. You are on the north side of town, and Midtown is the rail connection, 20 min, which puts the whole north south line within reach without a car. The BeltLine is close too, 0.8 mi to trail, so a stay here can be a walking and cycling one rather than a driving one.
It suits anyone who wants a cheap base near the universities and the West Midtown side of the city, and it suits a trip built around the trail and the train. It does not suit a quiet holiday. This is a student neighbourhood, busy and loud in term time, and the stock is basic. Book it for the location and the rate, not for the room.
